Quality control and market certifications

Every lighting product we ship is built to the electrical standard of its destination market. Compliance is decided at the engineering stage — lampholders, cabling, earthing and labelling are specified per market before sampling begins.

Certification by market

UKUKCA marking arranged per project; BS-compliant wiring and plugs
EUCE marking arranged per project; RoHS testing arranged per project
US / CanadaETL listing in place for applicable ranges; UL supported per project; CSA-compliant construction available. We have shipped UL/ETL-certified programs for North American brands.

Certificates and test reports are provided with each certified program and can be verified by the buyer directly with the issuing body.

Three-stage quality control

1. Incoming materials

Brass, steel, glass, cable and electrical components are checked against specification before entering the warehouse.

2. Inline inspection

During assembly, each batch passes fitting, polarity and hi-pot electrical testing at the line, not only at the end.

3. Pre-shipment

Finished goods are inspected against the approved sample — finish, packaging, labelling and a final electrical test. Third-party inspections (SGS, TÜV, buyer's own QC) are welcome.
