CORONA ZHONGSHAN LIGHTING is a decorative lighting manufacturer in Zhongshan, China, with 20+ years of OEM/ODM experience serving lighting brands in the UK, Canada, the US and Europe.
Most of our production is OEM: brands send designs, we engineer and build them. We also offer ODM — our own ranges that can be modified, re-finished and branded as yours.
How a project runs
1. Send us your design or reference
An engineering drawing, a physical sample, or reference photos with target dimensions. We sign NDAs on request and quote within 3–5 working days.
2. Engineering review
Our engineers convert your input into full production drawings, flag any compliance issue for your market (BS/EN or UL/CSA), and confirm materials and finishes.
3. Sampling
A pre-production sample is built and photographed for approval. Typical sample lead time: 20–30 days.
4. Certification
Where the product needs CE, UKCA or UL/ETL marking, testing and documentation are arranged before mass production, not after.
5. Mass production with inline QC
Production runs with incoming-material, inline and pre-shipment inspection. Typical lead time: 45–60 days after sample approval and signed PI.
6. Packing and shipping
Drop-test-verified packaging, your barcodes and labelling, FOB or as agreed. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is welcome.
