What is the MOQ for custom decorative lighting from a Chinese factory?
Our MOQ is 20–100 units per model, by unit price. For a first trial order we can often run below standard MOQ so a new buyer can verify quality before committing to volume.
How long does it take to get a sample of a custom light fitting?
Typical sample lead time is 20–30 days from confirmed drawings, including engineering review. Complex multi-arm or mixed-material designs can take longer; we confirm the exact time with the quotation.
Can you manufacture a light from a drawing or a reference photo?
Yes. We work from engineering drawings, physical samples, or reference photos with target dimensions. Our engineers produce full production drawings for your approval before any tooling starts.
Do you support UL or ETL certification for the North American market?
Yes. UL or ETL listing is arranged per project before mass production, and we have shipped certified programs for North American brands. For the UK and EU we handle UKCA, CE and RoHS compliance.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory. CORONA ZHONGSHAN LIGHTING is a decorative lighting manufacturer in Zhongshan, China, with 20+ years of OEM/ODM experience serving lighting brands in the UK, Canada, the US and Europe. Buyers deal directly with the team that runs production.
Can we visit or audit the factory before ordering?
Yes. Factory visits are welcome, and we accept third-party audits (SGS, TÜV, or your own QC team). The factory is located at 3rd Floor, Building 6, North 2nd Gate, No. 22, Fuqing 4th Road, Henglan Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong, China.
How do you protect our designs if we manufacture with you?
Client designs are never displayed on our website, shown at fairs, or offered to other customers. We sign NDAs on request, and tooling made for your project is reserved for your orders.
What materials and finishes do you specialize in?
Solid brass (polished, brushed, hand-aged), matte black steel, antique bronze, and chrome or nickel plating, combined with marble, alabaster-style glass, cloud glass and acrylic diffusers.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Standard terms are discussed per order — typically a deposit with balance before shipment, FOB Chinese port. We support your forwarder or can recommend one, and provide full export documentation.
Which markets do you currently export to?
United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Europe. Products are engineered to each market's electrical standard: BS/EN for the UK and Europe, UL/CSA-compliant construction for North America.
